As a continuous casting production line of aluminium ingots for remelting, it is independently developed in China for the first time and possesses the maximum capacity; and, the overall technical level is now internationally advanced.

   Performance advantages of products:

According to a layer based robotic palletizing technology, unmanned stacking can be fulfilled in a neat and compact manner. As for the servo tipper, overturning is completed flexibly, efficiently and accurately. In addition, an oscillating ingot receiving device and a continuous conveying device are innovatively designed, which effectively realizes a connection between the casting machine and the cooling conveyor and that between such a conveyor and the stacking system. Therefore, high-efficiency and reliable operation of the complete machine is achieved. Every shift, only 3~4 operators are needed. Moreover, its capacity reaches 28t/h.

   Innovation points:

   A continuous conveying mode is adopted for the complete machine, eliminating certain problems (e.g., high transient impact of intermittent conveying and poor reliability) and improving its production efficiency.

   An efficient ingot alignment device is innovatively developed, making sure that aluminium ingots at the first layer can be accurately positioned and properly bond to aluminium ingots at other layers in an unmanned way. Moreover, aluminium ingots at each layer are aligned compactly and neatly. Once layer-based grasping fails, the continuous conveying chain is capable of clearing away aluminium ingots timely, so that such a failure is automatically removed.

   A novel servo tipper is innovatively developed. Provided with an external servo motor, the stop position can be accurately determined without generating any impact. Together with a stacking conveyor, three-step synchronous control is realized, avoiding mutual interference between overturning and conveying.

   With the help of a layer based robotic palletizing technology, a robotic stacking system is innovatively developed, making sure that aluminium ingots bond with each other compactly and reliably during grasping and ingot releasing. In this way, it is guaranteed that the aluminium ingots from an entire stack are aligned neatly and compactly.
