   Performance advantages of products:

Production efficiency of the complete machine is effectively improved by virtue of a layer based robotic palletizing technology, an online laser printing technology for labels of aluminium ingots, an online metering system, a robotic slagging technology and a full-automatic packaging technology. Only 2~3 operators are required and its capacity reaches 38t/h.

   Innovation points:

In addition to a high-efficiency stationary transmission technology and a reliable operational support technology, we also develop a gyradisc continuous high-efficiency ingot transmission system, a full-automatic packaging system for aluminium ingots, an online weighing system based on an elevator with scissors-truss support and a label laser printing system. Its production efficiency reaches 38 tons per hour (t/h). Finished aluminium ingots are of high surface finish, almost totally free of "water ripples".
